Asparagus Brians style

Olive Oil | |
Salt |
(serves 4)
1. Remove the bottom, woody ends of the Asparagus(about 2cm).
2. Gently peel them about 3/4 of the way up.
3. Lay them on a tray and drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, ans juice of one lemon.
4. Place them in a very hot oven near the top shelf
5. Bake for about 5-10 minutes until the heads are slightly black and crispy
6. Remove from the oven and lay in a serving dish and squeeze the juice of half the other lemon over.
7. Serve with a drizzle of Olive oil or Hollandaise sauce if you want ( home made mayonnaise goes just as well
