2/3 c. | Margarine |
2/3 c. | All purpose flour |
7 c. | Milk |
4 lg. | baked potatoes peeled& cubed |
4 | green onions chopped |
1 1/4 c. | Shredded cheese |
1 c. | Sour cream |
1 tsp. | salt |
1 tsp. | black pepper |
Place bacon in large skillet. Cook over medium until browned. Drain, crumble, set aside. In a stock pot or oven, melt margarine over medium. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, whisk constantly til thick. Stir in potatoes and onions. Bring to boil, stir frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 10minutes. Mix in rest of ingredients. Continue til cheese is melted.
