Sautee green pepper and onion in olive oil, season with cracked black pepper, sautee until tender. Add ground beef with 1 Tbs of chili seasoning and brown.
Add beans, tomato sauce and tomatoes and 1 more Tbs of chili seasoning and bring it all to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for about and hour.
