Microwave coffee cup scramble

| 2 | eggs, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper |
Coat coffee mug w cooking spray. Add eggs and milk and beat.
Microwave on high 45 sec then stir. Microwave until eggs are almost set, 30-45 sec longer.
Top with cheese and season with salt and pepper.
