Place roast in bag With McCormick pot roast spice and bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350 When roast is done remove from bag cutting rope cut roast into cubes Add carrots and potatoes Add beef broth | |

Pour a little banquet gravy in cup adding water to dilute to 1 cup and pour over roast. Note liquid should cover roast and veggies cook for 2 hours at 350 with lid
