<RecipeText>Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well, spread into a lightly greased 7x11&quot; baking dish or 9&quot; deep-dish pieplate.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Sprinkle evenly with cheese; bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.  Spread avocado dip over cheese; spread sour cream over avocado dip.  Top evenly with green onions, olives, and tomato.  Serve warm with tortilla chips or corn chips.

Microwave Option:  If you&apos;re in a hurry heat this dip in your microwave oven.  Cook bean mixture at HIGH 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Top with cheese, and cook at HIGH 2 more minutes or until cheese melts.  Proceed with recipe as directed.</RecipeText>
