1/4 c. | minced fresh cilantro |
2 Tb. | fresh lime juice |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/4 tsp. | ground cumin |
1/4 tsp. | fresh ground black pepper |
2 | ripe peeled avocados, seeded and coarsely mashed |
12 oz. | unsalted baked tortilla chips |
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill. Serve with chips
