Mexican Style Lasagna

1 1/2 lb. | ground beef |
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) | Velveeta Mexican block cheese with jalapeƱos |
3/4 cup | Taco Bell Thick and Chunky Salsa |
6 | tortillas |
1/2 cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 cup | Monterrey Jack Cheese |
Preheat over to 400 deg. Brown meat and drain. Add 1/4 cup water and mexican cheese and stir until completely melted. Add in salsa. Spray 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/4 of the mixture in the dish and top with 2 tortillas. Repeat layers 2 times. Top with remaining meat mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
