<RecipeText> super full elec.fry pan tomatoes

  1/2 + cup(s) packed basil
    1/2 cup(s) parsley
  1/2-2 tsp salt
      3 large onions
      8 large celery pieces
      3 large  garlic

  Slice celery and onion in cuisinart. With olive oil, saute and then cook 
  covered to soft.  Cook tomatoes, turning often, till skins soft..  Lift 
  tomatoes out of juice.  Drain juice from tomatoes as much as possible.  
  Pour juice thru machine to remove seeds.  Put back in pan and boil down 
  significantly.  Process tomatoes.    Use one cup of tomato and put celery, 
  onions, and herbs through cuisinart blender attachment.  Need two steps.  
  Put all together in pan and cook for short time for herbs to blend and 
  smooth out.  Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
