1-2 lbs | stew meat, (1 in chunks) |
1can | beef consume |
1can | diced tomatoes |
1/2 c | cream sherry |
2 | beef bouillon cubes |
1/2 Tlbs garlic salt | |
2-3 tsp | minced onion |
1/2 -1 tsp | lawreys season salt |
2 | diced potatoes |
1bag | mixed vegetables |
Dredge meat in flour, brown in 1/2-2 tsp oil. Add next 8 ingredients & simmer
Simmer several hours approximately 1 hour before your going to eat throw in the mixed veggies & continue simmering.
