| 250g | panna fresca |
Dare qualche giro di frusta a velocità medio alta per "gonfiare" il mascarpone
aggiungere a filo,sempre con le fruste il latte condensato
ATTENZIONE!!!! Non si sa per quale motivo,probabilmente dipende dal mascarpone....alcune volte un tubetto di latte è troppo.
Quindi se vi sembra che ne possa servire un pò meno,fermatevi prima che diventi liquida.
ecco la crema prima di mettere la panna
infine....aggiungere la panna ben montata, per farla diventare vaporosa
