Preparazione:
In una terrina mettere la farina di cocco, lo zucchero e la farina.
Mescolare ed aggiungere le uova e le gocce di cioccolato.
Lavorare per bene l’impasto.
Formate delle piccole palline leggermente schiacciate e mettetele su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno.
Cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 15 minuti (o fino a che i biscotti al cocco non risulteranno dorati).
Lasciate raffreddare i biscotti al cocco e serviteli.
I biscotti al cocco sono l’ideale per accompagnare il the o da inzuppare nel latte.
