3/4 C | butter |
2 3/4 C | sugar |
4 | eggs |
1 1/4 tsp | vanilla |
3/8 C | flour |
3/4 C | buttermilk |
Beat sugar and softened butter, add eggs and vanilla. Add the flour and buttermilk. Pour into a pie shell (no pie crust) and bake for 1-1/2 hours at about 325. Makes 2 large pies.
