Chili Verde

    One large  pork rump roast
    2 large  onions, sliced
    5 cloves  chopped garlic
    2 jars  Chili Verde sauce

Brown pork on all sides in olive oil and place in crock pot. In same pan, brown onions and garlic and put in crock pot. Pour both jars over all and simmer for 5-6 hours. Take meat out and cut into bite size pieces. Cook for another hour. Serve with home made tortillas.
