    2 lbs  round steak or boneless beef steak
    1/4 C  peanut oil or olive oil
    1 large  onion, chopped, (1 Cup)
    2 Cups  celery, sliced
    2 cans  sliced mushrooms
    1 can  cream of chicken soup
    1/2 C  water
    1/4 C  soy sauce
    2 C  shredded chinese cabbage
    1/4 C  toasted, slivered almonds

Cut meat into 2 inch long strips. Brown meat in oil, remove. Saute onion and add celery. Mis soup and other ingredients except cabbage and place in roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour covered, then uncover and put cabbage on top. Cover and cook another 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
