Heat oven to 200 C. Run noodles under warm water; brown meat and onion together, drain off fat. Put a layer of noodles in greased casserole dish, spread some ricotta cheese on the noodles, then meat mixture (mixed with sauce). Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and then repeat. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
