<RecipeText>Mix as for regular cookies (cream butter, add sugar, add egg; sift dry ingredients and add)
Add an extra 1/4-1/2 cup flour to make a stiff dough. Roll into balls, freeze, or bake at 375 for 8-12 minutes. Do not overbake.  Cool on rack. Makes 6-7 very large cookies.  I usually double this (13 large cookies).
