Chicken, Sweet and Sour

| 3/4 C | white sugar |
| 1 Tbl | flour |
| 1/2 C | vinegar |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 Tbl | soy sauce |
| 1/2 C | broth, (boullion is fine) |
| 2 Tbl | Ketchup |
| 4 | chicken breasts |
Sprinkle chicken breasts, cut into chunks, with garlic salt. Let sit for 1/2 hour then place in baking dish. Boil above ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 40-60 minutes at 350.
Can simmer on stovetop. Serve with rice.
