Ingredients:
chicken tomato sauce - 2 chicken breast chopped
cook chicken till golden brown, add onion n garlic n
tomato for 10 minutes.
Add basil leaf,season with salt n pepper.
Béchamel - melt 40g n add 40g flour.cook for 2min
Add 0.5 litre milk, stir in nutmeg. Wisk on top of fire till thick.
When cook add mozzarella.
Spread a thin layer of tomato coulis on a tray.
Top with a layer of lasagna
Add chicken tomato sauce
Top with béchamel sauce
Repeat the layers, finish with a layer of lasagna.
Bake at 160 degree celcius for 25 a 30 min till browned.
