Artichoke Dip

1 C | artichoke hearts, chopped |
1 C | cheddar cheese, (or Emmental in Geneva!) |
1 C | Parmesean cheese, grated |
1/2 C | real mayonaise |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
1 C | sour cream,, (less if desired) |
1/4 C | green onions, chopped |
Mix all ingredients, except green onions, and put in an 8X8 or 9X9 pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with crackers or mini toasts.
