Artichoke Dip

    1 C   artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 C  cheddar cheese, (or Emmental in Geneva!)
    1 C  Parmesean cheese, grated
    1/2 C  real mayonaise
    1  garlic clove, minced
    1 C  sour cream,, (less if desired)
    1/4 C  green onions, chopped

Mix all ingredients, except green onions, and put in an 8X8 or 9X9 pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with crackers or mini toasts.
