Apple Pie in a Paper Bag

1 1/2 tsp | sugar |
1 Tbl | cold milk |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 C | oil |
Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pat into bottom and sides of 9 "pie pan. Do not roll out Filling: | |
4 C | pared, sliced apples |
1/3 C | sugar |
2 Tbl | flour |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
1/2 tsp | ground nutmeg |
Combine all but apples and toss lightly with sliced apples. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Topping: | |

1/2 C | sugar |
1/2 C | butter |
Mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie. Place pie in a brown bag and seal the bag with staples. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Do not open till done.
