"German" pancakes

| 1 C | milk |
| dash | salt |
| 1/3 C | butter |
Melt butter in a 13 X 9 pan. Beat eggs and flour and milk, salt, and pour into pan with butter. Bake for 350 for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
