Take any leftover bread bits from the fridge—the ends, tops and other pieces.
Dip them in regular French toast batter (I use eggs, milk and vanilla)
spoon them into pre-sprayed muffin tins (about 3/4 full).
Bake in 350F oven for about 20 minutes.
Viola! Hands-free French toast that is easy and uses up the last crumbs of your loaves.
If you want to be fancy, you can always sprinkle brown sugar on top.
