3.5-4 lbs | beef chuck or blade steak |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
2 cups | onion |
3 dried peppers | |
4 cloves | crushed garlic |
2 28 oz Cans | diced tomatoes |
12 oz | tomato paste |
2 cup | water |
1/3 cup | chili powder |
1/4 cup | sugar |
2 tsp | oregano, (leaves) |
3/4 tsp | pepper |
Directions:
Cube steak. Add oil. Brown meet. Set aside. Keep drippings in pan. Cook onions, peppers, garlic in drippings. Combine everything and simmer 1.5 hours
