Vann til pensling og linfrø til pynt

Fremgangsmåte:
1. Varm melken til den er fingervarm, 37•C. Smuldre gjæren i den lunkne melken.
2. Ha olje, sukker, salt, solsikkekjerner, hvetekli, havregryn, sammalt rug, sammalt hvete, hvetemel, rosiner, hakkede nøtter og gresskarkjerner sammen med den varme melken. Elt deigen godt. Ha i mer mel til deigen er glatt og ikke kleber, og slipper bakebollen.
3. Dekk bakebollen og la deigen heve til dobbel størrelse, ca. 30 minutter, på et limt sted.
4. Ha deigen ut på meldt bakebord, del den i 16 like store emner, trill dem til boller og legg dem på en stekeplate med bakepapir.
5. Dekk rundstykkene med klede, og la dem heve til dobbel størrelse, ca. 30 minutter.
6. Pensle dem lett med vann, og dryss over linfrø eller havregryn. Stek rundstykkene midt i ovnen på 220•C i ca. 10 minutter. Avkjøles på rist.
