      Onion
Red, Green, Yellow peppers
    1 can  diced tomatoe
    1 can  beer

Franks hot sauce

Slice sausage and saute over med high heat. Remove when brown. Add onions, peppers cook to carmalize and soft. Add tomatoes, beer simmer for 15-20 min.

Add hot sauce to taste.

Serve over rice
