<RecipeText>1.  Spread cut sides of each roll with mustard.  Layer bottom halves of rolls with pickle slices and next 4 ingredients; top with remaining roll halves, pressing sandwiches together gently.  Brush outsides of rolls with olive oil.

2.  Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a preheated panini press 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
