Beef Stroganoff

2 cans | cream of mushroom soup |
one | onion, sliced |
2 cloves | chopped garlic |
handful of mushrooms, sliced | |
1/4 cup | ketchup |
2 TB | Worcestershire sauce |
salt | |
pepper | |
1 cup | sour cream |
Brown beef, onions and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients, except mushrooms. Gently stir all, including mushrooms and place in a oven proof dish or a large pot.
