    1 bunch  asparagus, bottom trimmed washed in cold water and dried off
    2 tbs  olive oil
    2 tbs  roasted garlic cloves roughly chopped
    1/4cup  pine nuts
    1/4 cup  fresh oregano
      Sea salt

In sauté pan heat olive oil to moderately high heat and add asparagus. Sauté for two mins gently turning asparagus. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic. Sauté for one min then add pine nuts and oregano. Turn off heat.
