Egg Drop Soup

| 4 cans | chicken broth |
| 1/2 cup | thin egg noodles |
| 2 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | pepper |
| 1 bunch | scallions |
Directions:
- bring chicken broth to a boil
- add noodles
- boil for 5 minutes
- reduce heat to a simmer
- stir eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper together
- slowly add to chicken broth, stirring constantly
- simmer for 1 minute
- add scallions and serve
