<RecipeText>1. Lavare le verdure. Tagliare a metà i peperoni e privarli dei semi e delle costole bianche. Sbucciare il cetriolo ed eliminare i semi. Rimuovere l’interno del pomodoro.
2. Sbucciare l&apos;aglio, la cipolla e lo scalogno. Tritare grossolanamente i pomodori, i peperoni ed i cetrioli e metterli in una terrina con l’aglio, la cipolla e lo scalogno.
3. Aggiungere l’aceto e l’olio d&apos;oliva e far marinare per 24 ore in frigorifero.
4. Frullare le verdure in un robot da cucina fino ad ottenere un composto piuttosto liquido e liscio. Condire con sale e servire freddo.
