Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

2 3/4 c | sugar |
3/4 c tsp | salt |
3 c | half and half cream |
2 Tbs | vanilla |
6 c | whipping cream |
35 Oreos | |
2 bags | ice |
Rock salt |
Scald milk until bubbles form around edge of pan. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in half and half, vanilla, and whipping cream. Transfer to ice cream maker, cover and refrigerate 30 min. Stir in crumbled cookies. Freeze using ice and rock salt.
