<RecipeText>Mescolare la farina con lo zucchero ed il sale.
Unire il lievito sbriciolato ed il latte intiepidito (a temperatura ambiente va benissimo, basta che non sia nè caldo nè freddo)

Poi unire il burro morbido (io l&apos;ho messo qualche secondo nel microonde) e l&apos;olio.

Mescolare ed impastare bene per 5 minuti almeno. Formare una palla e farla lievitare per un&apos;ora.

Riprendiamolo e dividiamolo in pezzi (circa 8-9 pezzi)

Con ogni pezzo formate su un piano infarinato, dei cordoncini lunghi e incrociamo le estremità e attaccandole alla fine premendo con il dito

Lasciamo lievitare 20 minutini ed intanto portiamo a bollore una pentola d&apos;acqua. Quando bolle versiamo 4 cucchiai di bicarbonato di sodio.

Quindi prendiamo i bretzel e versiamoli due alla volta nell&apos;acqua

Lasciamoli cuocere mezzo minuto e poi scoliamoli e adagiamoli su di un canovaccio.
Cospargerli subito con sale grosso.

Infornare a 200 gradi per 20 minuti circa.

Sono buonissimi e d&apos;effetto !

Potete cospargere i vostri bretzel anche con semi di anice.
