3 lb. | lean ground beef |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
3 large cans | chopped tomatoes |
22 oz. | can Brook's chili beans |
6 oz | can tomato paste |
2 cups | water |
1/2 tsp. | cumin |
2 tsp. | salt |
1 1/2 tsp. | sugar |
3 T. | chili powder |
Brown meat with onion and salt. Drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients on stove or in crock pot, adjusting seasonings to taste. Let simmer at least 2 hours.
