Beef Enchiladas

1 can | Red enchilada sauce |
1 lb. | ground beef |
12 | tortillas |
2 cups | shredded cheddar cheese |
Brown ground beef. Stir in 1/2 cup enchilada sauce or season with dry enchilada seasoning mix. Divide meat bewteen tortillas, roll up. Pour small amount of enchilada sauce in bottom of foil pans. Place enchiladas in pans, pour remaining sauce over tortillas and top with cheese. Bake.
