1) in a saucepan fill with water
2) place two cinnamon sticks (break)
3) let boil
4) when boiling add 2 cups of ice
5) let boil fervently again
6) add 14 Lipton ice tea bags (10ml)
7) let boil for 15-20 mins on low heat
8) let cool
