ICE CREAM CAKE

Line the base of 8" spring sided cake tin with silicone paper. Mix together biscuits, hazlenuts an butter.
Press biscuit mixture over base of cake tin. Freeze for 30 mins
Remove ice cream from freezer for 5 mins to soften. Put spoonfuls of each ice cream in a bowl and mix together until rippled. Spreaf over bisvuit base and freeze for 2 hours.
To make topping break chocolate into pieces and out into a bowl over a pan of hot water. Heat until meelted Remove from heat and stir in cream
Spread over ice cream Freeze for 2 hrs
