Into double quantiry Quick Mix stir in nuts, and zest strips, reserving juice for glaze
Turn into greased, floured 71/2 sandwich tin
Bake 35 mins
Make glaze dissolve sugar in lemon and orange juice. Boil until syrupy
Turn cake out onto wire rack over plate Spoon over glaze. Cool and cut into 14 slices
