CINNAMON BREAD

Place flour sugar salt oats yeast and 300ml warm water into mixer with dough hook. Mix to soft dough and knead for 5 mins.
Mix butter sugar and ground cinnamon together.
Roll dough into rectangle and spread with most of cinnamon butter. Roll up into sausage shape, seal edges and twist into an "S" shape.
Brush with remaining cinnamon butter. Place on grease baking sheet
Leave to prove until double in size.
Bake 30 mins
