BBQ Meatballs

| BBQ Meatballs from Bear Trap Ranch: | |
| 4 2/3 lbs | ground beef |
| 18 ¾ oz | canned Evaporated Milk |
| 3 cups | quick oats |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1 tsp. | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp. | pepper |
| 1 T | salt |
| 1 T | chili powder |
| Mix and form into 1/3 cup balls (use an ice cream scoop). Place in 2” deep pans that have been sprayed with oil. In a pot over medium heat, combine the following until sugar is melted. Then pour over meatballs: | |
| 3 cups | ketchup |
| 2 1/3 cups | brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | liquid smoke |
| 1 teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 1 cup | minced onion |
Bake covered in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
