3 or 4 tablespoons | butter |
shortening, alternative | |
3 cups | confectioners sugar |
A little | salt |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
2 or 3 tablespoons of Bakers cocoa or more according on how dark or light you like it. | |
2 tablespoons | cold coffee |
1 tablespoon | milk |
Add enough liquid until the right consistency. You can add more shortening if you like and more confectioners sugar according to the size of cake. I usually use an aluminum angel food pan that the tube comes out.
