A DIP FOR DESSERT Take fruit, graham crackers, or cinnamon twists (dough sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, then baked at 350°F for 20 minutes) for a plunge in this creamy but still healthy sweet treat. 1?2 cup plus 2 Tbsp frozen blueberries | |
4 oz | low-fat ricotta |
2 Tbsp | orange juice |
1 tsp | vanilla |
2 tsp | honey |
1?2 tsp cinnamon
Thaw blueberries in the microwave until just warmed through, about 40 seconds. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
