Juicer Pulp Soup

    2  potatoes
    1  onion
    3 - 4 cloves  garlic
    2  carrots
    1 - 2 cups  vegetable juicer pulp
      skinless boneless chicken, cubed chuck steak, or other beef
      fresh cilantro
      fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
    1 can  vegetable or chicken broth

Cut up two potatoes and put in the bottom of a 6-quart crock pot.
Cut up an onion, cloves of garlic, and fresh carrot.
Add vegetables to the crock pot and the cups of juicer pulp.
Add meat or don't add meat.
Add cilantro, parsley, pepper.
Pour in can of broth
If the stew contains meat cook 10 hours on the low setting.
