Mix ingred. until salt dissolved. Add turkey +brine refrig over
night.-or insulated cooler with ice packs. Cover turkey
remove turkey +
pat dry.tie + rub with olive oil. Put breast side down on rack in
roasting pan in a hot 475 oven for 25 min. Turn oven down to 325 + roast
another hour. Mi x butter + syrup for baste. Turn turker breast side up-+
baste-frequently. roast another hour or breast is 165-with instant read
themometer. About 1 hour more
