Chocolate bundt cake

| 1 box | yellow cake mix |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1/2 cup | oil |
| 1 1/2 cups | water |
| 2 boxes | instant chocolate pudding |
| 12 oz pkg | chocolate chips |
Mix all ingredients together pour into a sugar coated bundt pan. Bake 1 hr 15 min.
Icing
Double boiler 1cup chocolate chips, 2 cups powder sugar, 1tsp vanilla, 1 tsp butter. Melt together pour over cooled cake.
