Cannelloni beans( drained and mashed) | |

Frozen box spinach, defrosted and drained Pizza sauce or marinara for topping after baked | |
Pizza crust, cut into 4 ( uncooked) | |
Sharp cheddar | |

Cook portabella olive oil, garlic til browned. Put aside
In bowl, mix mashed beans, garlic, olive oil, s/ p
Add spinach ( little) and mix
On floured surface, cut pizza dough into 4 slices and form into rounds
Put mixture on half of pizza round. Add mushrooms and cheese on top
Fold over and crimp sides. Brush olive oil on top
Prepare pan with parchment or olive oil. Bake 450 degrees. Serve with sauce over
