Chowder/ stews/soup-- Tomato tortellini and green bean soup

1 | onion diced |
10 | mushrooms sliced |
4 cloves | garlic minced |
6 cups | vegetable broth |
2 | carrots diced |
2 tsp | dried oregano |
1 tsp | dried basil |
Black pepper to taste | |
1 cup | dried spinach or cheese tortellini |
Small can | green beans |
8 ounces | crushed tomatoes |
In a large saucepan heat the oil over med heat. Add onion mushrooms garlic and cook for seven minutes stirring occasionally
Add broth carrots and spices being to a simmer over med high heat Add green beans and tortellini and cook for ten minutes stirring occasionally
Let the soup sit for ten before serving Serve with italian bread
Vegetarian times low fat and fast pasta
