Cannelloni Crepes

| 1 c. | cottage cheese |
| 1 (3 oz.) pkg. | cream cheese |
| 2 Tb. | butter |
| 2 Tb. | chopped parsley |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 1 Tb. | chopped green onion |
| 1/8 tsp. | salt |

| 1 (15 oz.) jar | Marinara sauce |
| grated cheese |
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter, parsley, egg, green onion, and salt. Spoon 3 Tb. mixture into crepe and roll, place in baking dish enchilada fashion. Pour Marinara Sauce over filled crepes, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
