      Pork Ribs, Dried Kelp Knot, Daikon, Ginger Slices, Wine, and Salt

1. Soak the Dried Kelp Knot into hot water for Rehydration.

2. Peel the daikon and cut into pieces.

3. Scald the pork ribs briefly, then drain for a while.

4. Pour some boiled water into the pot, add the ribs, ginger slices, wine and turn up the fire; after the water is boiled, turn down the fire.

5. One hour later, put the moist kelp knot and daikon in the pot, boil in the stove again, then turn down the fire.

6. After 20-30 minutes, turn off the fire and put moderate salt to this plate.
