Turkey meatloaf

1 tbs | olive oil |
1 large | onion chopped |
2 | garlic cloves |
3/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/2 teaspoon | pepper |
1 1/2 tbs | worcestershire sauce |
1/3 cup | fat free low sod chicken broth |
3 tbs | ketchup divided |
1 3/4 | ground turkey |
3/4 cup | dry breadcrumbs |
1 large | egg lightly beaten |
1 large | egg white lightly beaten |
Preheat oven to 375
Heat oil over med heat
Add onion & cook about 5 min
Add garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
Cook 1 min & stir in wors. Sauce broth, 1 tbs ketchup
Transfer to large bowl to cool
Add turkey, bread crumbs, egg& egg white and remain salt an pepper to bowl and mix well
Cover baking sheet with alum foil and coat lightly with spray
Form mix into loaf and place on pan
Brush with ketchup
Bake 1 hour til meat therm registers 170 and let stand 5 min
